UG clinical logbook
Students record the cases they see, the procedures they perform or observe, and the skills they practise during clinical postings. Each entry goes to the responsible faculty member for verification.
Faculty can verify procedures on the spot by scanning a QR code at the bedside, and departments see logbook statistics and approvals for every batch. Postgraduates use the dedicated PG Logbook.
