Edicine operates this website and builds the Methodder products. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect through this website

When you send an enquiry we store what you type: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, institution, role and message, along with the page you sent it from and the time.

To stop automated spam we look at your network address while handling the request. It is used only to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our database hosted in Singapore and are emailed to our team through our email delivery provider. Images used on this website are stored with DigitalOcean.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation with you. Email [email protected] and we will delete yours.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff who sign in to our content system receive a login cookie; visitors do not.

Face data in Methodder attendance products

The Methodder Face Attendance Device matches faces on the device itself, and the Methodder CCTV Attendance system matches faces on a computer inside the institution. In both cases photos, video and face templates are not uploaded; only the attendance result is sent to Methodder.

Data processed by the products on behalf of an institution is governed by our agreement with that institution.
