Methodder ERP is a paperless college management system for medical colleges and universities. It covers the whole student lifecycle in one system that every department shares: online admissions and document verification, batches and timetables, internal assessment and university examinations, fees and receipts, hostel allotment, library circulation and staff HR.

Because the ERP and the LMS are one platform, the records stay consistent. The batch a student is admitted into is the batch they attend, are assessed in and receive results for. Examination workflows are led by the controller of examinations, with mark sheets, results and revaluation handled inside the system.

Accreditation becomes a by-product of everyday work. Evidence for NAAC criteria, NIRF parameters and NMC reporting is collected as departments work, so preparing for an inspection means reviewing data rather than chasing paper.

Questions colleges ask us

Didn't find your question? We are happy to walk you through it on a call.

Ask us anything
Do we have to adopt every module at once?

No. Colleges usually start with the modules they need most and add others later; everything shares one set of students and staff.

How does it connect with the LMS?

They are one platform. Attendance, marks, batches and timetables flow between them without exports.

Can it handle several campuses?

Yes. Each institution keeps its own data, while a university or group sees the whole picture.

Who can see what?

Access is role-based: principals, heads of department, office staff, wardens, librarians and students each see only what their role allows.
